Consistency is the key. You must decide that you are going to exercise on a regular basis. It is important to schedule a time to workout. You have to be committed. Find a workout partner and hold one another accountable. Start with working out 20-30 minutes a day. For the first 15 minutes, perform some type of cardio vascular exercise. For the remaining time, perform light strength training.
